I'm Elena, and I'm thrilled to introduce you to my boutique nanny recruitment agency. My journey to founding Glow Childcare began when I moved to the UK from Cali, Colombia, in the '90s. From the moment I arrived, my passion for looking after children ignited, setting me on a path dedicated to their care and well-being.

Starting my career as a young au-pair and transitioning to becoming a qualified maternity nurse for my entire career, I've had the privilege of learning and growing alongside the children I've cared for. Each experience has taught me invaluable lessons about child development, nurturing, and the importance of providing a safe and loving environment for little ones to thrive.
