Welcome to Glow Childcare

Hello, I'm Elena, founder of Glow Childcare.

After moving to London from Cali, Colombia in 1990, I began my childcare career as an au pair before qualifying as a maternity nurse. Over the past 25 years, I've had the privilege of supporting families and caring for children from newborns through to school age.

Throughout my career, I have built a trusted network of experienced nannies, babysitters, maternity nurses and childcare professionals across London. I founded Glow Childcare to provide families with a more personal and reliable alternative to larger recruitment agencies.

At Glow Childcare, we understand that choosing someone to care for your child is one of the most important decisions you'll make. That's why we take the time to carefully vet every candidate and match families with childcare professionals who are experienced, nurturing and trustworthy.

Whether you're looking for a babysitter, temporary childcare, maternity support or a long-term nanny, our goal is simple: to help your family find exceptional care with confidence.

We look forward to supporting your family.
