How It Works
STEP 1: PHONE CALL
Our high calibre of staff have gone through rigorous interview and selection processes.
At the beginning of your recruitment process, we will have a phone call with you to learn more about your family's requirements.
STEP 2: THE SEARCH BEGINS
For permanent or long-term nanny or au-pair searches, we charge a one-off registration search fee of £200.
This fee will be applied to your client profile and you will be able to access our recruitment services for two months.
Once the payment is received, the recruitment process begins.
STEP 3: INTERVIEWS
We will introduce only the best candidate/s' CVs to you for interviews and trials. If we are unable to connect you with any staff members within four weeks, we will refund you half of the registration search fee.
STEP 4: IT’S A MATCH!
Once you decide to employ one of our Glow members on a permanent or long-term basis, we'll charge you a one-off placement fee of £750 (for childcarers or housekeepers).
If you change your mind about a candidate within the first four weeks, we will endeavour to find a replacement for you as soon as possible, at no extra cost.
